How do I get from the airport to apartment?

Boutique Apartments: From airport you get to our apartments very easily – take a bus number 21. You will need a ticket of 0.90€ value, which you can buy on the bus stop. It takes around 25 minutes by bus, get off on the bus stop “Karpatská”, cross the road and go straightforward in direction up right. After 200 meters you will find us. U can also use “BOLT (TAXIFY)” app (same app like UBER, UBER is not provided in Slovakia). If you take a taxi standing on the street, be careful - price is several times higher.

It takes around 10 minutes by trolley, get off on the bus stop “Karpatská”, cross the road and go straightforward in direction up right. After 200 meters you will find us. You can also use “BOLT (TAXIFY)” app (same app like UBER, UBER is not provided in Slovakia). If you take a taxi standing on the street, be careful - price is several times higher.

How do I get from the main train station to apartment?

Boutique Apartments: You get to our apartments very easily and quickly from the main train station only by foot. It takes around 7 minutes. You will go straightforward until you come to crossroad, go through the crosswalk on the other side and go left, after 80 meters you find us.

Street food Apartments: You get to our apartments very easily and quickly from main train station only by foot. It takes around 5 minutes. You will go straightforward until you come to crossroad, go through crosswalk on the other side and go left. After 130 meters you turn right between two small parking lots, after 15 meters turn left and you will find us.



What should I do in case that I want to check in before 3pm?

Boutique Apartments: In case you want to come to apartment earlier than 3pm (which is the earliest time for check in), we can offer you to storage of your luggage in our building. You can do that every day from 10am earliest. You just need to come to address, ring the bell and our staff will guide you. You can come to check in to your apartment anytime from 15:00 according to the self check-in instructions, which will be sent on the day of your arrival, around midday.

Street food Apartments: In case you want to come to apartment earlier than 15:00 (which is the earliest time for check in), we can offer you to storage your luggage. You can do that every day from 8am earliest. You just need to come to our address, go inside to the building, and ask our staff at the bar. You can come and check in your apartment anytime after 15:00 according to the self check-in instructions which will be sent on the day of your arrival.



What about parking during my stay?

Boutique Apartments: You can choose from two options. The first one is parking for free in the front of building, along Šancová street on the sidewalk. It is a public parking, so reservation is not possible. There is a small chance of parking during working days until 16:30. The second option is a reservation of one of our three parking spots (price is 9€ per stay day). In this case a reservation is necessary beforehand because these 3 spots appertain for 12 apartments. Parking spots are about 50 meters from building.

Street food Apartments: You can choose from two options. The first one is parking for free, over the building, along Šancová street on the sidewalk, about 50 metres from the building. It is a public parking, so reservation is not possible. There is a small chance of parking during working days until 16:30. The second option is a reservation of one of our three parking spots (price is 9€ per stay day). In this case a reservation is necessary beforehand, because these 3 spots appertain for 12 apartments. Parking spots are next to building.



Can I book breakfast in your apatments?

Boutique Apartments: You can book breakfast before your arrival by email, the price is 5€/person. You can use this service without booking, however it will be without discount. Breakfast is served in our second building “Street food & café Possonium”, only 50 meters from building with your apartment, between 8am and 10.30am. Breakfast consists from one main meal (from current bistro’s menu) and one hot drink (coffee or tea by choice). You will find your breakfast chips (according to your order/booking) in your locker box during your check-in with your key card of your apartment.

Breakfast is served downstairs, between 8am and 10.30am. Breakfast consists from one main meal (from current bistro’s menu) and one hot drink (coffee or tea by choice). You will find your breakfast chips (according to your order/booking) in your locker box during your check-in with your key card of your apartment.



When I will get the code from of the door?

You will receive all needed instructions for self check-in at the day of your arrival around noon, by email, the same you used to make a reservation



How does self check-in work?

Boutique Apartments: We will send you all the instructions about your self check-in to your email, the same you used to make your reservation, at the day of your arrival around noon. The instructions contain photos, code of the main door to enter the building, code of your locker box at the hall on which is written the name of your reserved apartment. In this locker box you will find the key card of your apartment. In the same message you have all the information you will need to know during your stay and the rules that must be followed.

Street food Apartments: We will send you all the instructions about your self check-in to your email, the same you used to make your reservation, at the day of your arrival around noon. The instructions contain photos, code of the main gate to enter the building (in case your arrival is after 22pm), code of you rlocker box at the hall on which is written the name of your reserved apartment. In this locker box safe you will find the key card of your apartment. In the same message you have all the information you will need to know during your stay and the rules that must be followed.



Is check out possible later than at 11am?

Boutique Apartments: Check out is necessary at 11am on the day of your departure. We can offer you storage of your luggage in our storage room. You can ask our staff who clean in the building (each day from 9:30am) and they will show you, where the storage room is.

Street food Apartments: Check out is necessary at 11am on the day of your departure. We can offer you storage of your luggage in our storage room. You only leave packed luggage in your apartment and our staff will put it in storage room during cleaning apartment. When you want to pick up your luggage, ask our staff in café’s part and they will give it to you. Warning - it is possible only until 21:45pm!



Can we come with dog?

We love dogs so they can live with you in apartment for free. We want to ask you to respect other accommodated guests. In case your dog doesn’t like loneliness and barks a lot, don’t leave him alone in apartment.



Do you have baby cot?

We will gladly prepare you baby cot. Please inform us about this request beforehand.



What does it mean “apartment with private extern bathroom”?

Boutique Apartments: This type of bathroom has only one apartment, called “Borovička”. Apartment and bathroom are located on the ground floor in the same hall. If you want use bathroom, you have to leave apartment and go through the hall around 7 meters. Nobody except you have access to this bathroom because the bathroom’s key can be found only in apartment “Borovička”.



What does it mean “studio with shared bathroom”?

Boutique Apartments: Our two studios “Tequila” and “Wine” have shared bathroom which is on the same floor, out of the studios, around 3-5 meters from their entry door.



Can we storage a bicycle safely in your apartments?

Boutique Apartments: If you travel by bicycle, don’t worry about its safety. Our apartments have closed garden which serves for relax and as a parking lot for your bicycles.

Street food Apartments: If you travel by bicycle, don’t worry about its safety. In our garden there is space for storing of your bicycle.



Is it necessary to bring beddings, towels and soap?

All apartments/studios are prepared for the amount of people you make reservation for, with dressed bedding, towels, shower gel, soup and hairdryer.



Do you offer everyday hotel service (everyday change of beddings, towels, making the bed, etc.)?

No, we don’t offer everyday hotel service. In case you are interested in this kind of service, you only contact us with the request beforehand.



What about heating and air conditioning in apartments?

All apartments/studios are equipped with central heating and air conditioning with independent control.



What are the cancellation terms?

After a successful booking, the confirmation e-mail will be sent to your mailbox. Within a few hours a deposit of 5% of the full price will be charged from your credit card. This deposit will be non refundable in any cases. The reservation total amount will be charged 7 days before the arrival, included in that the amount of city taxes. Please use a credit card not expiring before your arrival date, otherwise your reservation will not be accepted.

If your card is declined for any reason, we’ll ask you for new card details / add funds to your card. If you do not provide new card details / do not add funds to your card within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled.

The prices do not include the local tax (1,70 EUR per person/night).
Students under 26 with valid student ID, youth under 18 and elderly over 70 are excluded from the liability.

It is possible to make changes or cancel your reservation only by e-mail to info@possonium.sk, up to 7 days before the arrival date free of charge. For groups of 10 and more persons, all changes or cancellations have to be done up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or in case of a no-show, the whole amount of the reservation will be charged.
